Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect.

Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase. If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in a different size within 5-7 working days. This comes true, if and only if, PARE has sent a wrong/different size from the one mentioned in the order.
