Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated on 19 April 2024.

Thank you for shopping at parethelabel.com. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

We do not offer any returns, refunds, or cancellations once the order is placed.

If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write us within 24 hours of delivery at pare.thelabel8@gmail.com. Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase. If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in a different size within 5-7 working days. This comes true, if and only if, PARE has sent a wrong/different size from the one mentioned in the order.

PARE holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
